However, for the first time in my career, senior pilots are finally retiring in meaningful numbers. IMHO we're looking at upward movement that will define the rest of our careers.. For all of us.
Wadr, our careers are defined only by the days that have passed. Too many times have the doors been closed on the future.
For some, there are concerns that upward movement will only last so long and then will stagnate for the balance of their career.
