I am looking to get on with Netjets at some point in the next year or two. I am curious if it is better to have more PIC time or more jet time. I currently have 2300 hours with about 200 multi almost all in turbine equip,ent and 100 in jets. Unfortunately not real high on PIC time in pistons or turbines. Thanks
I have a buddy on the Exel at NJ. He started at Atlatic Coast Airlines on the CRJ, then Independence, then Ameriflight. He was only an F/O at all three and NJ hired him with roughly 3000 hours. From what he tells me, NJ will be hiring 500 pilots next year. They are absolutely blowing up and they need the talent to fill the planes.
