Toothless Southern boys? Who? Just because CAL management was based in Texas that makes them all toothless Southerners? I'd find that offensive if I wasn't from CA. Smisek went to Princeton and Harvard. Is that toothless southern?
Crappy service? Sure it's gone down hill...since the merger!
