Those that left Omni to come to Atlas...I wish them the best.
However, being an almost-incurable optimist, I hope that Omni (and Atlas also) realize that the constant loss of good people to greener pastures ultimately costs the company a lot more than just training dollars. They loose good folks with a lot of good experience and knowledge.
Well, that said, I've been waiting for 15 years to see that at Atlas, and for the most part, lately that has been happening...more guys are opting to stay here rather than leaving to go elsewhere.
