20 people did not leave, but 1 captain and several FO's have and there are a few more that will be putting in their 2 weeks notice soon. People are sick of it, even some of the "old school" DC-10 people that were so pro-company are now getting fed up and looking to leave.
Attrition of 15-20 for the year 2013 is not unfounded, as the seniority list will partially attest. I personally know pilots (including three CA's) that have gone to AA (recall), Atlas, US Airways, Hawaiian, and Allegiant this year.
