I have no doubt that "contracting" will increase as troops decrease. The news doesn't care or report that "company X is paid xxx to do xxx job in the peace keeping effort". All they care about is "all of the troops are out of the zone" contractors don't count.
If we go, Karzai goes. If Karzai goes, there will be no "peace keeping effort". Simple as that....wishful thinking to believe it'll be only contractors over there after we leave. Some? Perhaps. More? Definitely not.
