dc10pilot, you seem to be pretty content with the life at Omni. I do have a few questions though. What brought you to Omni? What keeps you at Omni? Why should one think about leaving their current job to go to Omni? I know you say the grass isn't greener elsewhere, but many people would like to know what Omni puts in their grass to keep it growing and sustainable. All 3 CA's that quit in Janurary had over 5 years longevity with Omni. Sixth year pay is the difference between making 88k a year and 101k a year as a CA. Why do you think one would walk away from 101k a year as a CA with over 5 years longevity? What is Omni putting in its grass to keep it green and make it greener?
