Walking with your feet to greener pastures is certainly something Atlas knows about...do they care? Not really, but if they want to attract pilots with good backgrounds, and good experience, they will have to address lost of issues that we face everyday.

As an Atlas newbie, I have to say... Atlas is still night and day compared to Omni, from what I've seen. I'm sure there are things that need to be improved (I suppose people could say that about any airline), but the level of respect as a professional that I've received as a new-hire is far and above anything I'd gotten in 2.5 years at Omni.
Omni has a culture problem that needs to be addressed from the top down if they want to retain labor. Being treated like a human goes a long way, and I don't see how someone like dc10pilot could possibly be a line pilot over there and support/defend their mistreatment.
