Based on the last sCAL

Yes.

sCAL uses age, sUAL uses last four of SS number (lower is better). I'd suspect that this is one of the issues currently being worked on by the joint hiring committee so it may (or may not) change.

It depends on the tempo of vacancy bids. You can always make a "lateral" on the same equipment to a different base but the equipment freeze is currently two years.
Guam is a toss-up. Now that there is a $3k/mo. override all Guam vacancies were filled on the last sCAL system bid but the most junior FO was still fairly junior.

Long and short call. Looking at the equipment bids and monthly schedule awards, it would appear to be a toss-up. The 737 is a MUCH larger base so there are considerably more trips to choose from and for PBS to build schedules.

It all depends. If current hiring expectations (based on retirements and more international flying) continues there could be quick movement (perhaps months, or at least under a year, to line holder). If UCH stagnates or shrinks...then longer. It's the usual game.
