I worked pretty hard, did 5 JAs, and grossed 45k. Made myself available on days off, tried to get transition conflicts, but was to junior.. If you live in base it may be easier to gross more..

The guys doing 50-60k were possibly working "special deals" ex- dropping trips that they're pay protected for and picking up another at 200% plus move up pay... Those days seem to be over...
