Just trying to keep all the violations straight: bidding, long-layover hotels, crew meals, flying ratios, vacancies in L-CAL operations....and on and on. Time for a mental health day so I don't become emotionally impacted.
Yes, I am very emotional when it comes to being bent over and scr...ed by the company. Yes, the company took only 2 days to start violating the new contract.
I say, it doesn't matter which side is violated, it needs to be stopped. Enforce your contract.
One of the things still to be definitively decided is if and how much of the TPA is still in force before the SLI is complete. This and the % flying violations will be thoroughly discussed at our next meeting.
