Any input on this subject would be appreciated.

My future goal is to be working for an airline. Right now I just got typed on a citation ultra, and am logging turbojet PIC time. I may have a possible interview with a LCC in a month or so, but is that a good stepping stone to take to a major airline. Should I give up "small jet" PIC time to get "larger jet" SIC time?
