Based on how CAL paid pilots, you will only get paid for what you actually fly, not on what you can hold.
Company does not want fences as they will not achieve the maximum cost savings they want
All the talk about the 99 UAL hires and the 07 CAL hires may not matter. I think the process to merge the 80-90 hires will ultimately dictate where/how everyone else falls.
We will also see how BINDING, binding arbitration can be.
