TSA Issues New Screening Requirements Effective March 2221-Mar-2007According to a security Bulletin issued today by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), all airline employees or authorized representatives who plan to travel as a passenger on-board any aircraft must undergo screening.
Our airline will comply with this directive and encourages all employees to read the additional communications distributed in company email and through the operational department.
New TSA Security Requirements- Details for Crewmembers21-Mar-2007The TSA now classifies crewmembers who are assigned a deadhead by the company as passengers. This new classification requires deadheading crewmembers and their accessible property to be screened at a security check point and are subject to being selected for secondary screening at the gate.
This new classification also considers jumpseaters who are commuting or traveling in non revenue status as passengers. This new classification will require jumpseaters and their accessible items to be screened before jumpseating.

Have fun catching those flights with the instant increase in "pax travel" going through security!!!!
