It has pretty much been this way since 9/11. for ground ops personell. You can work in and out of the planes all day, but if you were flying out after your shift you had to get screened. It doesnt sound like this will affect flight crews other than tsa asking if you are working . commuting..this sounds like another bit of BS to put up with...
