I don't get into discussions with them as I don't waste my time. I can occupy the few hours I'm in the cockpit alone with them in other ways. Catching up on all the Operational Changes we've had, learning the new Contract, keeping track of my pay, etc...
Then again, that's just me~
You don't need me to tell you that there is nothing wrong with that. I believe I mentioned in an earlier post that is how I deal with unpleasant individuals.
