I'm more than happy to have this discussion now and in a couple of years too.
You have some real underlying issues with the way your job is. You compare EAS to your job that you can't stand. It's an unfair comparison since you obviously don't fully understand what EAS is all about!
Flyguy,

RI830 and I aren't trying to better or one up you in this conversation, please understand that. Simply what we are saying, is that things here have changed, and are continuing to change towards a better work experience.

That doesn't mean to say that there are some months where work on certain aircraft isn't busier than others, and sometimes it gets you on the road a bit. However, scheduling and admin have incorporated controls and limits on folks now where that occurring consistently is avoided. It WILL consistently improve. Me personally, I have some months that are simply just busier than others.

Part of improvement and development is maintaining a positive attitude. I realize this is a public internet forum, however, for the bettering of our company's atmosphere we are trying to keep all of the public discussion of us either positive, or negative in a constructive sense. It's just good for business. That way; new folks that are interested in us don't get the wrong idea based on precedent that occurred many years ago.

As I said, I understand 500% what it's like to have a sour taste in your mouth when you leave somewhere. However, I feel better myself when I convince myself that being upset about it isn't worth my time, and I move on past it.

I'm sure that RI will agree, that you are welcome to come and visit us at any of our branch offices and discuss with our staff how things have changed. If your in DFW, lunch is on me. (Unless RI is there. )

Have a great weekend.
