121 carriers will have intersections listed in their takeoff data if available, at least from what I've seen.

At EWR for example, we would typically get TO data for full length and Golf (right at midfield). We could take any intersection available between the end and Golf, potentially shaving off about a mile of taxiing, by using the Golf numbers.

No numbers = no go.
