The problem with Mesa isn't their pay...it's industry standard. The problem is how they treat their pilots.
Pacific Wings' pay is bad, but pilot's I know are treated better.
Sometimes sacrifices have to be made to gain others.
Their hourly rate may look industry standard but their TA is far from.
* 50% deadhead pay
* $1.20 Per Diem (industry lowest, CommutAir and Big Sky pay more

)
* Complex cancellation pay that ends up being no cancellation pay
* No daily pay guarantee
* Mandatory JAing
* No max daily duty policy
The bottom line is your total earnings at the end of the year and based upon that they're far from industry average.
