Hard to believe we allowed all those that climbed over the backs of good union people to join our ranks. Some of them with 20-25 years to go. Whether they want to admit it or not, the mind set and the thinking of the cal group is the same as the early 80's. Had we not gotten a contract the cal pilot leader(pierce) would have sided with management to beat the UAL side into submission through downsizing.

This will shape the relationship of the combined pilots groups - NO DOUBT!
