You don't think it can be? I certainly do. But if you think the 5 or 10% of the crew force that takes advantage of people chasing money is stopping ALPA from going after a single pay rate, I think you are mistaken. For every mid seniority guy chasing life style there is a guy junior to him chasing money that is just as happy with the status quo. Not to mention the other 3000+ WB pilots who think they will have to give something up to get a single rate.
