This is my mothers boat for sale not sure if this is the correct forum but thought I would post.

ps it has never been used as a crash pad just thought it was a good idea.
The idea sounds fun, but I wouldn't do it. Toilets on boats are not the most capable systems. Who is going to help you replace the stators in your toilet pumps when they go bad from the extra use?

Do you have Raycore air conditioning? All it takes is one of those water exchange lines to break from extended use and your bilge pumps will be beyond capacity in no time.

What happens when you have a seacock fail? Will your tenants know how to identify which seacock failed and how to turn it off? What systems will be affected if you close that seacock and how will they be damaged if you don't deactivate them?

Living on a boat requires a different code of conduct and you don't want people without that experience living aboard—they'll hurt the boat and do more to harm the value than you'll be able to collect.
