I don't think there's anything wrong with informing the rest of your pilots (on an internal web board) who's helping themselves at the expense of others.
I advocated for and, in fact, actively lobbied the MEC at Comair to do just that. I was a big proponent of posting names on our webboard and posting names on the union board in the crew lounges of those picking up open time with guys on furlough.

I was shot down repeatedly, but it wasn't for a lack of trying.

I would make it my mission to make sure that people that collect their 30 pieces of silver regret it. A little public shame goes a long way.
