I interview at both in about 1-2 weeks, and although I love the idea of a BOS base, I'm worried I'll be sitting for years on end until an upgrade comes. Who cares . . . . concentrate on gaining valuable experience in the right seat. Upgrade will come in due time. When it comes you'll more than likely have the skill, experience and decision making experience necessary to become a captain. Until then . . . just chill out and take it as it comes, you cannot rush wisdom.
