Your refractive error is way too far out of limit for a waiver. Your only option would be corrective eye surgery.
I am currently waiting for a waiver to be approved for my own refractive error. I tested out during my physical at around 20/100. My refractive error came out to -2.25 in right eye and -2.75 in my left. The max waiverable standard is -3.00 and 20/200.
