I agree with previous comments about a command type without any restrictions is a must, most CAA's in Asia don't even issue SIC types so they don't recognize them. I also agree that a type without hours on the hull will serve very little purpose but if you are committed to give it a try anyways, once you have the type throw your application with Air Asia Japan and Skymark, if you have a chance of getting hired without actual PIC times, those would be your best bet.
