On the ERJ side, newhires have gone to all bases pretty much at any time. EWR is historically the junior base and where you will spend the least time on reserve but there is a reason for that: commutability sucks. ORD and IAH are the largest bases so that is where you will generally see the most movement and have the most variety of lines. CLE is very small and relatively senior after a point because a number of very senior FOs live there and have desire to commute ever. So you might get it right out of training and move up quick for a while but the top of the CLE list aint going anywhere.
Point is, you guys are asking for us to nail down a moving target. What was true yesterday wont necessarily be true tomorrow. When I got hired at XJT in IAH, I sat reserve for 3 months and CLE was the junior base. When ORD first opened, it was super junior, now it gives IAH a run for most senior base. About the only thing that has almost always been true is that EWR is junior because its expensive to live there and the commute sucks. YMMV.
