the best regional is usually the other one that your friend or some person you just had a terminal talk with is at! grass is always greener, regionals change in quality on a daily basis. good example, RAH has always been looked at as a "better" regional, up unitil here recently. Xjet was awesome up until they lost some flying to CHQ and then decided to try their own branded flying, which might work out great, or maybe not. AWAC has a good contract and eveyone liked it there, but look what happened over night to those guys. the main point is Gojet sucks and every other regional is "every regional". whatever you do, dont get your regional advice from places like this.
