I agree, I have already came to my own conclusions based on a lot more information than is provided on these type of websites. RAH is fine, especially if they have a junior base where you want to live. Horizon is better, and XJet is also, except they are doing some risky business right now so they come with some uncertainty.
SKW is probably about the same as RAH, but with bases on the left coast in case you want to live there.
Other than that I don't think there are any real standout regionals. There are a couple of niche-market turboprop operators that are decent, but their upgrade times may be high.
