Which was to be expected. That said, after the pinnacle fiasco, we became the most expensive regional. If we don't take some level of concessions, we're going to take major blows with regard to new flying and loss of current flying. Concessions will happen. ALPA already alluded to that with some changes to vacation and bidding.
Company is claiming that the seniority of the pilot group is eating our costs. I see a lower capping of the payscale in our future...
