If the E175 pays the same as the 900, it would work out to be a slight pay raise because currently y'all fly all three jets at different pay rates if you're on the CRJ.
With the E175, I'm assuming you would be flying only the 76-seat jet which pays slightly more than the 50 and 70-seat CRJs.
The problem with the new airplane is it will give guys less flexibility in their schedules. The extra pay for 76 seats vs 50 seats isn't worth a damn in comparison to bidding/trip trading.
It will be interesting to see how the bids work out and how many come on line in the first wave of deliveries.
