They have in the past used off-duty CRJ 900 CA's as rampers in PHX...but they had to pay them their REGULAR pay to get them to do it They tried to offer ramper pay but there were no takers This is an annual event in PHX..when the temps approach 120F most of the rampers decide it's not just worth it for minimum wage...
