Hey, I'd hire a swimsuit model to be my permanent F/O tomorrow, with zero turbine PIC, and then I might be able to stay awake after 15 hours up there!

But remember, no matter how hot she is, there is some guy somewhere, who is tired of her sheit!
We have a great training department and used to have a 15-20 year FO OJT training program. Hopefully the swimsuit model will be up to snuff by then :-)
