IOW, some seem to think that at 7-8 years with a company that one SHOULD be checkairman when they're not even off reserve yet.
My sentiments exactly. I hate when people tell me to just go get some TPIC and then re-apply. As if it's something I can just sign up for. Bad enough when it's an HR person who doesn't really understand the process, but when another pilot says "just go get some PIC..."
