They're not running transitions or upgrades. I live in an RJ domicile but I've been commuting for a year and a half to a Brasilia base. I'm going to start doing backflips when I finally get my transition and don't have to commute anymore.
I don't care about the fancy cockpit. I would hold a better line on the Brasilia than I could on the RJ so if I lived in base I would stay on it. The RJ pays a lot more and I live in an RJ domicile though so I'd like to get off the Bro asap.
