My father knew Milo and said he was "quite a character". I didn't know about him flying The King. That is pretty awesome. A lot of those old hat, locals from Memphis were flying The King and Jerry Lee way back. I have met a couple that have "claimed" they did. Who knows? Heck, I was in Signature in Memphis years ago waiting on passengers when Jerry Lee and his band showed up to fly out for a show. The Capt I was with said he used to fly Jerry Lee and hated it. Jerry would turn on the WeatherChannel and see a storm warning in say, Oklahoma and they would be going to Arizona, and JL wouldn't show up. Scared of the bad wx. He also said to "settle JL and the band down" they would turn the cabin up. They were all heavy smokers, so they would all fall asleep.
