True, but remember flight time duty time regs come full swing this winter and with ATP mins in August, they might be trying to get as many as they can as opposed to playing catch up.
Do you think the ATP rule will affect us much? I was hired when they were running interviews every single day and multiple new hire classes per month and every single person in my new hire class had ATP mins. Only one or two people I interviewed with didn't have ATP mins but they had 1200+. I have a hard time believing it will have a major affect on Skywest or some of the other big regionals because it seems like most people starting here already have those minimums anyway.
