2nd year RJ FO pay at SkyWest is $6 an hour higher than Republics. That more than makes up for the $5000 bonus there and without having a 24mo contract.
Combine in some of the work rules like DH and cancellation pay and it's even more money.
Year 3-8 FO pay rates are $2-10hr higher as well. Figure an extra $1000 a year for each $ an hour.
BTW, the pay rates on this website for SkyWest are about 2 years old.
