Compass is always 'hiring'. But there are currently no classes scheduled. The pool is 80+ deep at this time.

There have been many rumors about additional flying for either AA or UA, but nothing has come of it. The UA flying is most likely, but I wouldn't count on it. Once they flows to Delta start, they will be hiring out of the pool. And fast.
