Compass is always 'hiring'. But there are currently no classes scheduled. The pool is 80+ deep at this time.
There have been many rumors about additional flying for either AA or UA, but nothing has come of it. The UA flying is most likely, but I wouldn't count on it. Once they flows to Delta start, they will be hiring out of the pool. And fast.

Also, just going to throw this out there. Compass will see a big shift in flying starting in September and then again in January. They will start showing up on the West Coast (lax, sea, sfo) and then in Juanuary will be flying mostly out of LAX and MSP. Strong rumors that a LAX base will need to be opened, most likely at the expense of DTW. Also, look for our current LGA flying to be reduced.

I have been in the Compass pool for over a year. Just received a call yesterday
7-22-13 for a class date on Aug 15th. They are planning on having a class every week until Feb. They need at least 145 pilots to cover the rest rules and the pilots leaving for Delta mainline. Looks like movement could be fast.. Get in while you can. The company will be moving 115 of the 450 pilots to delta.
