If you join Cape Air as an FO & leave before you reach 1500 TT or ATP mins, do they mark you as "NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RE-HIRE" ??

Can someone confirm this pls??

Also, What are the potential impacts for an individual in the future job seach??
When I was an FO at Cape I signed a 6-month commitment only. I fulfilled that, and left the company after about 11 months.

I left on "good terms" because I did not take an upgrade class, nor did I upgrade to PIC/Mail pilot.

Cape was nothing but positive when I left. I should note that I was not part of the Gateway program, and worked as a ramp agent prior to joining the flight department.

Many FO's have left prior to upgrading. I am happy with my decision (current 121 FO) but I would not leave if I were part of the Gateway with guys/gals going directly to jetBlue.

Great company, fun flying. Don't go there rushing to get 1,500 and leave.
