Cape was nothing but positive when I left. I should note that I was not part of the Gateway program, and worked as a ramp agent prior to joining the flight department.

Many FO's have left prior to upgrading. I am happy with my decision (current 121 FO) but I would not leave if I were part of the Gateway with guys/gals going directly to jetBlue.

Great company, fun flying. Don't go there rushing to get 1,500 and leave.
Thanks for the info... I didn't know they had a 6 mo commitment also.

Someone had mentioned this to me & this is exactly what he said.
If anyone who joined as a FO but left without completing the upgrade & 12 mo commitment, the company would mark this as a "NOT eligible for rehire" for all future employment reference check.

I want to confirm how much is it true...

I don't want to burn any bridges or leave any place on a bad note or even leave making them feel used.....
