B.O.A is government backed and the only FLAG carrier for the nation holding 70% share in Bolivia's Air travel. Not dismissing your concerns but I'm sure whatever the terms of service are Omni has the upper hand in this one.
You'd think........ but we were flying for a "government backed" operation as well and figured we had the upper hand up until the day we pulled the plug for failure of payment.
