So this IPad has a data plan right? I was never issued an airport express or any other kind of wireless router, so how am I supposed to set this thing up or even update it on the road internationally...
operational efficiency, use mobile data. Enable LTE to utilize faster network speeds where available. Leave Data Roaming OFF. Roaming data costs are extremely expensive, and will be automatically monitored. If you incur roaming charges, they will need to be justified to Flight Management.
