Default FedEx iPads

Just received the company iPad. Nice presentation that walks you through the initial setup. Cool cover, looks like a Jepp binder. The Jepp approach plates look great.
In spite of my username, I don't have much time on the iPad. Any good techniques for dealing with egrid when logging on to pfc? On my phone I used FxCal...guess what the only two banned apps are? FxCal and BidX.
There is a nice little pocket for a business card on the inside of the cover. How many guys will have their egrid printed out and in there? So far, that's what I'm doing.

I just take a picture of the e-grid right off the computer screen and save it in my photo album. Easy to get to but maybe a little more secure than a printed copy since you have to know it's there.

How did you know the apps were "banned"? I read somewhere about a partition allowing personal use on part of the IPad. Does one login access the entire iPad?

Thanks.

There is an app called FedEx App Catalog installed...one of the sections deals with Blacklisted apps and FxCal and BidX are the only two. Somewhere else I read that a department called Infosec is reviewing those apps to see if they will be made available. They will know if you've got them on board, they say, and will ask you to remove them.
The iPads don't come partitioned. Add apps that you feel safe having on there. I'm at the low end of paranoid scale but I'm getting my personal email elsewhere. Other than that I loaded a bunch of interesting apps and am hoping for many more cant live without recommendations from the rabble here on APC.

Not sure what model...seems like the latest.Model is MD5177LL/A if that means anything...it has the newer small plug like the iPhone 5. Looks like 32gb and AT&T is provider. 4g and even LTE sometimes.
