I've been drinking too much to care about the actual real life numbers. It doesn't really matter to show what I mean anyways. Say Mesa has D0 (it's a main united on time performance measurement but I'm sure you already knew that's a you've proven your operational prowess) on 9 out of their 10 departures that day. That's 90% D0. Now say 00 has 9000000 out of their daily 10000000 departures, their D0 is......90%. Equal. Doesn't matter the amount. It's percentage.
