As pilots it is common to hangar fly or speculate as to what could have caused the crash. We often put ourselves in the seat to try to understand what went wrong and to learn from the accident. This is acceptable and good bad or indifferent, part of what we as pilots do.

What is not is the name calling and back and forth rhetoric BS when lives were lost.
