Not easy to watch, very sad. Obviously an aircraft controllability issue, having never completely inverted. Either there was a mechanical failure, or the pilot was having difficulty, possibly due to a health issue.

No, I won't do that.
Because, I don't know any of you well enough to discuss it,... like I would with fellow friends who are aviators.

And speculating on this type of thing in a public forum is pretty much frowned upon in the aviation world I live in.

Rather than throwing out a bunch of uneducated, clueless, stupid, and completely ****ing stupid theories,... how about you save it for your close drinking buddies.

And while it is your right to do so on this forum, you'd do your reputation a better service by not expressing said opinions. Especially considering the amount of thought you've given them.

Oh,.. the education part you allude to will start when the investigation is complete.

As a moderator on this forum, Johnso29, I am quite surprised at your post.
And disappointed.
Let the investigative process work.
The videos are out there, and with plenty of detail. Go do your own research, if you really care.
This shouldn't be a tabloid internet site.

Well, that about wraps it up then.
Either this or that - two possible choices.. It's all so obvious.

Pilot health issue? Dude, just stop - please.

You don't want to share your speculation? Fine. Don't. But let's not tell fellow users to shut it. As a moderator it is not my job to extinguish speculation or theories. It is simply my job to enforce the TOS that every user agrees to when they register.

It looked so slow to me. Can anyone vouch for whether or not they flew this inverted pass so slow and with so much AOA all the time?

I didn't realize I was the only one who threw out a theory on this.

I learned a thing or two from Huggy's post. 100% of what I said was wrong.

Next time I'm inverted with a 120lb person on my wingtip, I can release the controls and my ASEL will continue to fly level.

Educational!

Lets take a breather from this one.

As pilots it is common to hangar fly or speculate as to what could have caused the crash. We often put ourselves in the seat to try to understand what went wrong and to learn from the accident. This is acceptable and good bad or indifferent, part of what we as pilots do.

What is not is the name calling and back and forth rhetoric BS when lives were lost.
