Your right, not that it matters...even the 400hr type rating folks will have 2500 by the time they upgrade...
Yeah, but they might be short on the 1200 PIC required by ICAO
A lot of mesa folks had that problem a few years ago...their upgrades were revoked, they were bypassed, and had to go get more time.
