We do ask new hires as well as current employees to sign a training agreement when they go to initial, upgrade or transition training.
It is for the full amount of the training cost and is prorated on a daily basis.
The reason for this is to have a future or current employee willing to commit at least one year to EAS. If you can't say that you will be here for at least a year, then your not the right guy for the job. With our current pilots, if they are not willing to re-up for a year...that's fine....the next guy will go to training and he or she can advise if or when they are willing to commit and then we can send them to training upon the next open position.
